Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor supports smooth front-office operations and creates a welcoming, engaging stay for guests. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel reception, guest services, or a related hospitality role; strong communication skills; confidence using hotel systems; and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English is expected, while knowledge of Malay or additional languages is advantageous. The successful candidate should be approachable, energetic, well organised, and able to resolve guest concerns professionally. Responsibilities may include supervising guest service activities, coordinating with other departments, handling requests and complaints, supporting check-in and check-out, and maintaining Moxy’s informal, social brand experience.
