Job Description

The Telephone Operator manages the hotel switchboard and handles incoming, outgoing, and internal calls in a courteous and efficient manner. The role requires strong spoken English, clear communication, a pleasant telephone manner, basic computer skills, and the ability to remain calm while handling multiple requests. Previous experience in a hotel, contact centre, or guest services environment is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide accurate information, transfer calls correctly, record messages, protect guest confidentiality, respond promptly to emergencies, and coordinate professionally with hotel departments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
