Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns duties, checks quality standards, manages supplies, and supports guest satisfaction. Candidates should have previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort, with supervisory knowledge and strong attention to detail. Good communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are expected. The role may require English communication, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and the ability to train and motivate colleagues while following Marriott and hotel hygiene, safety, and service procedures.
