Company Info

Courtyard by Marriott is Marriott International’s business and lifestyle hotel brand, designed for modern travelers seeking comfortable accommodation, practical amenities, welcoming service, and productive social spaces. The Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort is associated with Marriott’s international operating standards while reflecting the relaxed character of Nusa Lembongan, an island southeast of Bali known for beaches, reefs, and marine tourism. Resort teams generally serve leisure guests, families, couples, groups, and experience-focused travelers. Marriott offers structured training, global brand resources, established loyalty-program support through Marriott Bonvoy, and opportunities for career development across its worldwide hotel network. As a resort sales leader, the Director of Sales would help establish or strengthen the property’s market presence, develop distribution and partnership channels, and position the resort competitively in Bali’s growing island-destination market.

Destination Guide

Indonesia offers hospitality opportunities across Bali, Nusa Lembongan, Lombok, the Gili Islands, and other resort destinations, particularly in hotels, restaurants, diving, wellness, tourism sales, and guest services. Nusa Lembongan has a slower island lifestyle, strong local community ties, Hindu-Balinese traditions, beautiful beaches, and excellent snorkeling and diving, but fewer urban conveniences than mainland Bali. Respectful dress at temples, polite behavior, and awareness of ceremonies are important. Accommodation, transport, healthcare access, and imported goods may cost more or be less convenient on smaller islands. Foreign employees normally need employer sponsorship and the appropriate Indonesian work and stay permits; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Candidates should confirm visa arrangements, housing, insurance, taxation, relocation support, and transport to the island before accepting an offer. Bali is generally easy to reach by air, followed by a fast boat or other scheduled transfer to Nusa Lembongan.
