The Guest Experience Expert - Operator manages hotel telephone communications, responds to guest requests, transfers calls accurately, records messages, and coordinates with departments to resolve issues promptly. Candidates should have strong spoken English, clear communication, a polite telephone manner, basic computer skills, and the ability to remain calm while handling several requests. Previous hotel, call-centre, or customer-service experience is helpful. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to be attentive, professional, discreet, service-minded, and familiar with Marriott standards and guest privacy procedures.
