Located in Pakuwon City, one of Surabaya’s major mixed-use and commercial developments, the property is designed for modern business and leisure travelers. Destination Guide

Indonesia offers hospitality, finance, tourism, technology, and service-sector opportunities across Java, Bali, Sumatra, Lombok, and other islands. Surabaya, on Java, is a large commercial city with generally lower living costs than Jakarta or Bali, good transport links, shopping, healthcare, and an expanding hotel market. Indonesian culture values politeness, community, respect for hierarchy, and religious diversity; learning basic Bahasa Indonesia is highly useful. Lifestyle ranges from busy urban living to easy access to beaches, mountains, and local food. Foreign employees normally need employer sponsorship and an appropriate work permit and stay visa, commonly arranged through the company before employment begins. Relocating candidates should confirm housing, health insurance, tax treatment, flights, and dependent arrangements in the contract. Requirements can change, so visa details should be checked with the employer and Indonesian immigration authorities.
