Four Points by Sheraton is a Marriott International hotel brand focused on comfortable, uncomplicated stays for both business and leisure travelers. Its hotels typically combine practical accommodation, friendly service, local food and drink, social spaces, and reliable facilities at an accessible price point. Four Points by Sheraton Krabi Ao Nang Beach Resort is located in Ao Nang, one of Krabi's most popular coastal destinations, known for its beaches, limestone cliffs, islands, and active tourism market. As part of Marriott International, the resort benefits from global systems, brand standards, training resources, and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty network. Destination Guide

Thailand offers strong opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, tourism marketing, diving, wellness, and guest services, particularly in Krabi, Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Chang. Island life is generally relaxed and outdoors-oriented, with beaches, boat trips, markets, temples, seafood, and a welcoming multicultural atmosphere. Ao Nang is lively and convenient, while nearby islands provide a quieter lifestyle. Living costs are usually lower than in Bangkok, although accommodation in major tourist areas can be expensive during high season. Thai culture values politeness, respect for elders, modest behavior at temples, and maintaining good relationships at work. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and a work permit before legally working; requirements vary by nationality and position. Candidates should confirm sponsorship, accommodation, insurance, transport, taxes, and contract terms with the employer before relocating. Basic Thai language skills are useful for daily life and local teamwork.
