Job Description

The Front Office Guest Service Attendant – Porter welcomes guests, assists with luggage, escorts visitors to rooms, provides information about resort facilities, arranges transportation and supports smooth arrivals and departures. Candidates should have friendly communication skills, a professional appearance, a helpful attitude and the ability to remain calm in a busy resort environment. Previous hotel, porter or customer-service experience is useful, although training may be provided. The role requires physical stamina, including lifting luggage and standing for extended periods, as well as flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Familiarity with English and strong attention to guest safety and service standards are expected.
