Job Description

The Steward Supervisor oversees kitchen stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, waste management, equipment care, sanitation and stock control. Candidates should have hospitality or stewarding experience, supervisory skills, knowledge of hygiene and food-safety standards, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
