Job Description

The Commis 2 – Pastry supports the pastry team with preparing cakes, breads, desserts, creams, sauces and other baked products according to Marriott standards. Typical requirements include basic pastry or culinary training, some kitchen experience, food-safety knowledge and the ability to follow recipes accurately. The successful candidate should be organized, physically fit, reliable and comfortable working early mornings, weekends and public holidays. Attention to detail, cleanliness, teamwork and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience in a hotel, resort or high-volume pastry kitchen is advantageous. Good communication skills and a professional attitude are expected, along with consistent adherence to hygiene, health and safety procedures.
