Job Description

The Recreation Assistant supports the resort’s leisure and guest-activity programme, helping organise and deliver safe, engaging activities for children, families and adults. Responsibilities may include supervising recreational areas, preparing equipment, leading games and sports, assisting with excursions and maintaining clean, orderly activity spaces. Candidates are expected to be energetic, friendly, reliable and comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds. Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, childcare, sports or entertainment is helpful, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn may be valued equally. Good spoken English, teamwork, basic safety awareness and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays are important. A genuine interest in guest service and outdoor activities is essential.
