Job Description

The Wheels Attendant (Porter) welcomes guests, assists with luggage, coordinates vehicle arrivals and departures, and provides helpful information about the hotel and Brisbane. The role may involve operating or arranging guest vehicles, delivering items, maintaining the entrance area, and supporting the front office team. Candidates should have excellent customer-service and communication skills, a professional presentation, physical ability to handle luggage, and confidence working in a busy, guest-facing environment. A valid Australian driver’s licence and safe driving experience may be required, along with flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Hospitality, hotel or valet experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude, reliability and strong attention to detail are especially important.
