Wash Attendant

Job Description

The Wash Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, folding and storing hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry while following Marriott’s quality, hygiene and safety standards. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented and comfortable standing for extended periods, handling laundry equipment and working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Previous laundry, housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently, protect fabrics from damage, maintain a clean and organized laundry area, report equipment issues and support the housekeeping team during busy periods. Reliable attendance, teamwork, a positive service attitude and basic communication skills are important.
