The IT Intern supports the hotel’s technology operations, including basic hardware and software troubleshooting, user support, network and system assistance, equipment setup, documentation, and routine technology checks. Candidates are generally expected to be studying information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, with an interest in hospitality systems. Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, networking, and Microsoft Office is useful. The role requires good communication, a helpful attitude, attention to detail, confidentiality, and willingness to learn. The candidate should be comfortable working with colleagues across hotel departments, responding professionally to service requests, following security procedures, and supporting guests and employees in a fast-paced environment. Availability for a structured internship and adherence to grooming and workplace standards are also expected.
