Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort is associated with Marriott’s international hospitality standards while operating in the distinctive island environment of Nusa Lembongan, southeast of Bali. Destination Guide

Nusa Lembongan is a small Indonesian island near Bali, known for beaches, snorkeling, diving, surfing, mangrove forests and a slower lifestyle. Hospitality offers the strongest employment opportunities, especially in hotels, resorts, restaurants, wellness, watersports, housekeeping and guest services. Balinese and broader Indonesian culture value community, family, religious ceremonies and respectful dress and behavior; visitors should be considerate around temples and local customs. Daily life is more relaxed than in Bali, but transport, shopping and healthcare are limited, and goods may cost more because they arrive by boat. Foreign employees need an employer-sponsored Indonesian work permit and appropriate visa or stay authorization; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Employers may provide accommodation, meals, transport and relocation assistance, which is particularly valuable on a small island. Confirm permits, housing, insurance and travel arrangements before accepting an offer.
