Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, corridors, public areas and service spaces to Marriott’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Duties may include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, handling linens, reporting maintenance issues and responding courteously to guest requests. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable working on their feet. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The role requires good personal grooming, teamwork, a positive attitude, respect for guest privacy and the ability to follow health, safety and hygiene procedures. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected.
