Job Description

The Demi Chef supports the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes across the resort’s restaurants and food-service operations. Requirements typically include previous commercial kitchen experience, sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, hygiene standards and food safety procedures. A relevant cookery qualification is advantageous, while the ability to follow recipes, maintain consistent portion and presentation standards, and work efficiently during busy service periods is expected. The successful candidate should be organised, reliable and comfortable working as part of a multicultural team. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varied shifts is essential. Attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from senior chefs are also important.
