Job Description

The Restaurant & Bar Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant service, bars, room service, staffing, guest satisfaction, inventory, cost control and compliance with Marriott standards. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in hospitality, several years of restaurant or hotel F&B experience, and proven supervisory or management skills. Strong communication, leadership, budgeting and problem-solving abilities are expected, along with knowledge of food safety, service standards and revenue management. The role requires a hands-on approach, professional presentation, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays, and the ability to train and motivate a multicultural team. Experience in an upscale resort or international hotel is advantageous.
