Job Description

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day people operations at Bulgari Ginza, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, training administration, HR records, and compliance with Japanese labor regulations. The role typically requires practical HR experience, strong organization, discretion, and confidence handling confidential employee information. Fluency in Japanese is essential, while English is highly desirable because of the international luxury-hospitality environment.
