Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations, including supervising service, coordinating staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, managing bookings, monitoring stock and assisting with financial and performance targets. Candidates are generally expected to have previous experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations, strong communication skills and confidence leading a team. A hospitality qualification and knowledge of point-of-sale systems, food safety and responsible service practices are advantageous. The role requires a hands-on leadership style, professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
