Job Description

The Lobby Ambassador welcomes guests, creates a warm first impression, provides directions and local information, assists with arrivals and departures, and coordinates with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments. Candidates should have a friendly, polished and service-oriented personality, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy luxury-hotel environment. Previous experience in guest services, hospitality or a customer-facing role is preferred. Knowledge of Kota Kinabalu and local attractions is helpful. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, good grooming, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
