Job Description

The Finance Intern supports the hotel’s finance department with daily accounting and administrative tasks. Typical responsibilities include processing invoices, checking financial records, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports, handling filing, and supporting month-end activities. Candidates should be pursuing a diploma or degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office. Accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate is expected to communicate professionally, work well with different departments, meet deadlines, follow hotel procedures, and show a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous hotel or finance experience may be helpful but is generally not required for an internship.
