The Accountant supports the hotel’s finance operation by preparing financial records, reconciliations, journal entries, invoices, reports, and month-end closing activities. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with relevant hotel or commercial accounting experience. Familiarity with accounting systems, Microsoft Excel, Malaysian tax requirements, and internal controls is valuable. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
