Job Description

The Team Lead-Restaurant supervises daily restaurant operations, supports smooth service, and helps deliver a consistent guest experience. Typical requirements include relevant food-and-beverage experience, strong customer-service and communication skills, basic leadership ability, and familiarity with hygiene, safety, and service standards. Mandarin is generally important in Taiwan, while English is useful in an international hotel environment. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams, handle guest concerns professionally, train or coach colleagues, monitor cleanliness and presentation, assist with opening and closing duties, and support scheduling or inventory tasks.
