Job Description

The Occupational Safety & Health Supervisor is responsible for maintaining workplace safety standards across Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. Typical requirements include experience in occupational health and safety, hospitality or hotel operations, knowledge of Thai safety regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response and workplace inspections. A relevant safety qualification or degree, strong communication skills and practical knowledge of fire prevention and occupational health are usually expected. The candidate should be confident training employees, maintaining records, coordinating with government agencies and recommending corrective actions. The role requires attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism and the ability to work with managers and associates across departments, including engineering, housekeeping, kitchens and guest services.
