The Steward Supervisor oversees kitchen stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, waste handling, equipment care and hygiene standards. The role typically requires previous experience in hotel or restaurant stewarding, supervisory ability, knowledge of food-safety and workplace-safety procedures, and the physical ability to work standing for extended periods.
