Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, efficient service to resort guests. Requirements generally include previous bartending or hospitality experience, knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine, basic cash-handling and POS skills, and good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate should be confident, personable, well-groomed and able to work accurately in a busy environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Aruba and should maintain high standards of cleanliness, responsible alcohol service, guest satisfaction and teamwork.
