The hotel is located in Surabaya, East Java, within the growing Pakuwon City area, surrounded by residential, retail, dining, and business developments. Destination Guide

Indonesia offers varied opportunities across its major islands. Java, including Surabaya and Jakarta, has the widest range of hotel, business, manufacturing, technology, and service jobs. Bali is especially strong for tourism, hospitality, wellness, restaurants, and events, while Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Lombok offer opportunities in resorts, natural tourism, logistics, energy, and local commerce. Indonesian culture values courtesy, community, religious diversity, and respectful workplace relationships. Lifestyle costs vary: Surabaya is generally more affordable than Bali or Jakarta, with convenient shopping, food, transport, and urban amenities. Indonesia has tropical weather, excellent regional cuisine, beaches, mountains, and many cultural traditions. Foreign employees normally need an employer-sponsored work permit and KITAS; working on a tourist visa is not permitted. Relocating candidates should confirm sponsorship, accommodation, insurance, tax obligations, and contract terms before accepting an offer.
