Job Description

The Pool & Gym Attendant maintains a clean, safe and welcoming environment around the hotel pool and fitness facilities. Typical responsibilities include monitoring guest use, providing towels and equipment, checking water and facility conditions, enforcing safety procedures, reporting maintenance issues and assisting guests courteously. Candidates should have good communication skills, a service-focused attitude and the ability to remain attentive during busy periods. Basic first aid, CPR or lifeguard certification may be preferred or required, depending on assigned duties. Previous experience in a hotel, gym, pool or recreation environment is advantageous. The role requires physical stamina, grooming standards, shift flexibility and willingness to work weekends, public holidays and rotating schedules.
