Job Description

The Welfare Coordinator supports the wellbeing, engagement and day-to-day welfare of resort employees. Typical responsibilities include coordinating staff activities, recreation and social programs, supporting employee facilities, responding to welfare concerns, maintaining records and liaising with Human Resources and department leaders. Candidates should have experience in employee relations, welfare, hospitality or administration, along with strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. A caring, approachable attitude, discretion, cultural awareness and the ability to work independently in a remote island environment are essential. Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort, and familiarity with staff housing and recreational programs, would be advantageous.
