Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Laundry Attendant) is responsible for collecting, sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distributing guest and hotel linens, uniforms, and other laundry items. Requirements typically include attention to detail, physical stamina, basic knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals, and the ability to work safely and efficiently. Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred, although training may be provided. The candidate is expected to maintain high cleanliness standards, follow Marriott and Ritz-Carlton procedures, prevent damage or loss of linen, keep the laundry area organized, and work cooperatively with housekeeping and other departments. Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
