Job Description

The Front Desk Ambassador (GSA) welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, responds to questions, resolves service concerns, and coordinates with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates are generally expected to have hotel front-office or customer-service experience, good English communication skills, a professional and friendly manner, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Knowledge of additional languages and familiarity with hotel systems are advantageous. The role requires excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness, composure under pressure, and a genuine commitment to creating a warm, personalized guest experience.
