Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of a hotel restaurant or bar, helping ensure excellent service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Requirements typically include a hospitality diploma or equivalent experience, previous food and beverage supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of service standards, point-of-sale systems, and basic financial controls. The successful candidate is expected to lead and motivate employees, coordinate shifts, handle guest concerns professionally, monitor stock and operating costs, maintain health and safety standards, and work closely with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
