Job Description

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive supports the promotion and sale of restaurant, banquet, catering and related dining services at The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi. Requirements typically include relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, catering or sales operations; strong communication and negotiation skills; professional grooming; customer-service ability; and good English, with additional languages advantageous. The candidate is expected to identify business opportunities, manage client enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate with operational departments, conduct property or venue presentations, maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of local hospitality markets, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility and a willingness to work weekends, evenings and public holidays are important.
