Job Description

The Accounting Clerk supports daily financial administration, including recording transactions, checking invoices, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, handling cash documentation, and maintaining organized financial records. Candidates are generally expected to have accounting or finance training, good numerical ability, basic knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills. Familiarity with hotel accounting systems is an advantage. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines while working cooperatively with other departments. Previous experience in hospitality or a similar accounting position may be preferred, along with a relevant vocational qualification or diploma.
