Job Description

The Front Office Team Leader supports the daily operation of reception, concierge and guest services, helping deliver efficient, welcoming and professional stays. Requirements generally include previous hotel front-office or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, professional presentation, computer literacy and availability for rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Familiarity with hotel property-management systems and the ability to work in Australia are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, coordinate team members, manage guest requests and complaints, complete check-in and check-out procedures, maintain accurate records, and support upselling and hotel-service standards. A calm, organised, service-focused approach and the ability to coach colleagues are important.
