Job Description

The Operations Expert supports the smooth daily operation of Moxy Kyoto, helping guests with check-in, check-out, requests, local information and hotel services. The role may also involve supporting the lobby bar, handling payments, coordinating with housekeeping and responding to guest concerns. Applicants should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional and energetic attitude, basic computer ability and confidence working in a fast-paced environment. Japanese and English communication skills are highly valuable, while hotel or hospitality experience is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, work well across departments and create the friendly, lively guest experience associated with the Moxy brand.
