Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, hotel property and company assets at Aloft by Marriott Al Ain. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel security, loss prevention or a related field; good communication skills; physical fitness; attention to detail; and the ability to remain calm during incidents. Knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting and basic first aid is beneficial. The successful candidate is expected to patrol the property, monitor security systems, respond to disturbances, investigate incidents, support fire and safety procedures, maintain accurate reports and work professionally with guests and colleagues. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
