Job Description

The Senior Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine supports the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, with responsibility for Asian food outlets and menu standards. Candidates should have strong experience in Asian cuisine, hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchens, team supervision, food-cost control, ordering, hygiene, HACCP, and culinary quality. The role requires leadership, creativity, organization, and the ability to train multicultural teams while maintaining consistency during busy service periods. Marriott experience or an equivalent luxury-hospitality background is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, control waste, maintain food-safety standards, coordinate with front-of-house teams, and ensure an excellent guest dining experience.
