Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, hotel property, and company assets at The Westin Doha Hotel & Spa. Responsibilities typically include monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling the property, responding to incidents, preparing reports, controlling access, assisting with emergencies, and supporting fire and safety procedures. Candidates are generally expected to have security or loss-prevention experience, good observation and communication skills, physical fitness, professional conduct, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in a hotel environment, knowledge of local safety procedures, first aid, and relevant Qatar security licensing are advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
