Job Description

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding and distributing guest and hotel linens, uniforms and other textiles. Requirements typically include previous laundry, housekeeping or hotel experience, basic understanding of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals, physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should maintain hygiene and quality standards, follow safety procedures, handle linen carefully, support inventory control and work cooperatively with other departments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. Hotel experience and basic English communication skills are commonly preferred.
