The Guest Experience Expert (GRA) welcomes guests, manages arrivals and departures, responds to requests, resolves concerns, and helps create a smooth and memorable stay. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, good English, and the ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy luxury-hotel environment. Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality is usually preferred. Familiarity with hotel systems, local attractions, and basic administrative procedures is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to be attentive, culturally aware, discreet, flexible with shifts, and committed to Marriott and Sheraton service standards.
