Job Description

The Hotel Manager oversees the daily operation and overall performance of Maxwell Reserve Singapore, including guest services, rooms, food and beverage, finance, staffing, compliance and commercial results. Candidates are generally expected to have substantial experience in hotel operations, preferably in an upscale or luxury property, together with strong leadership, communication and business skills. The role requires the ability to motivate department heads, maintain high service standards, manage budgets, resolve guest concerns and work effectively with owners and Marriott corporate teams. A degree or diploma in hospitality, business or a related discipline is typically preferred. The successful candidate should be commercially aware, culturally sensitive, hands-on and comfortable working flexible hours in a fast-paced international hotel environment.
