Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, with Abu Dhabi offering strong opportunities in luxury hotels, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, healthcare, and construction. The culture blends Emirati traditions and Islamic values with a highly international population. Respectful dress, public behaviour, and Ramadan etiquette are important. Abu Dhabi provides a safe, modern lifestyle with beaches, malls, cultural attractions, desert activities, restaurants, and excellent infrastructure. Summers are extremely hot, while winters are comfortable and popular for outdoor activities. Most overseas employees need an employer-sponsored residence visa and work permit; the employer normally arranges medical testing, Emirates ID processing, and related formalities. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, transport, health insurance, flights, meals, and annual leave are included. Relocation costs, document attestation, and family sponsorship requirements should also be checked before accepting an offer.
