Australian workplace culture values punctuality, teamwork, direct communication, safety, and compliance with awards or employment contracts. Melbourne offers excellent restaurants, cultural events, public transport, beaches, and a diverse lifestyle, but rental accommodation can be expensive. Visa options may include employer-sponsored pathways, skilled visas, and Working Holiday visas for eligible nationalities and age groups.
