Job Description

The Chef de Cuisine leads the kitchen operation for an assigned restaurant or culinary concept, managing menus, food quality, presentation, costs, hygiene and daily service. Candidates are expected to have substantial experience in a professional or luxury-hospitality kitchen, strong knowledge of international and local cuisine, and a solid understanding of food safety and cost control. The role requires proven leadership, staff-training and rostering skills, creativity, consistency under pressure, and the ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and other departments. Marriott or luxury-resort experience, culinary qualifications, good communication skills and flexibility for weekends and public holidays are highly desirable.
