The Front Office Team Lead supports daily reception operations and guides the front desk team in delivering efficient, welcoming guest service. Typical requirements include hospitality experience, strong communication skills, working knowledge of reservations and hotel systems, cash-handling ability, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate is expected to coach colleagues, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, resolve guest concerns professionally, maintain accurate records, follow Marriott and property standards, and support smooth communication with housekeeping and other departments. A customer-focused attitude, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods are important.
