HVAC Supervisor

Job Description

The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation, operation, servicing and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems across the resort. Candidates should have a technical diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanical, refrigeration or HVAC engineering, with several years of experience in hotel, resort or commercial facilities. Strong knowledge of chillers, air-handling units, refrigeration systems, pumps, controls and energy-saving practices is expected. The role requires the ability to lead technicians, schedule maintenance, respond to breakdowns, maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Experience in a luxury hospitality environment, good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach will be valued.
