The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing electrical operations, preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting across the resort. Requirements typically include a relevant electrical or engineering qualification, solid experience in hotel or resort maintenance, knowledge of electrical systems, generators, HVAC controls and safety procedures, and the ability to read technical drawings. The candidate is expected to supervise technicians, allocate daily work, maintain accurate records, respond quickly to breakdowns and ensure compliance with local regulations and Marriott engineering standards. Good communication, leadership, problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach are essential. Resort experience, knowledge of computerized maintenance systems and experience working in a remote island environment would be advantageous.
