Company Info

Aloft by Marriott Al Ain is a contemporary, lifestyle-focused hotel operated under Marriott International’s Aloft brand. Located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, the property combines modern design, casual dining, social spaces, entertainment, and business facilities for leisure and corporate guests. Aloft hotels generally appeal to travelers seeking an energetic atmosphere, flexible service, and technology-friendly amenities rather than a traditional luxury-hotel experience. Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, offering strong opportunities in hotels, restaurants, tourism, retail, aviation, construction, healthcare, and technology. Hospitality jobs are concentrated in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international community; modest dress, respect for Islam, and professional courtesy are important. Lifestyle can be modern and convenient, although summers are extremely hot. Employers commonly sponsor a work visa, arrange medical testing and an Emirates ID, and may provide accommodation, transport, meals, health insurance, and annual airfare, depending on the contract. Candidates should confirm salary, working hours, overtime, probation, accommodation, and visa sponsorship in writing. Relocation usually requires a valid passport, authenticated documents where requested, and a medical fitness examination. Public transport is improving, while Al Ain is quieter and more family-oriented than Dubai.
